Detonating Cord
Biafo Cord is a flexible detonation cord containing a uniform and compact core of high explosive Pentra Erythritol-Tetra Nitrate (PETN), which is covered in Poly Propylene Tape and further intact with combination of various yarns and finally with PVC/ LDPE coating. This process protects the cord from extreme temperatures, water, oil or other elements. It provides essential feature such as tensile strength, flexibility and other handling characteristics. It can be initiated by use of a plain or an electric detonator.
Safety Fuse
Safety Fuse is a flexible cord containing a core of Explosive Black Powder which is covered with combination of various yarns and finally with LDPE coating. This process protects Safety Fuse from extreme temperature, water, oil or other elements and provides essential feature of tensile strength, flexibility and other handling characteristics. It can be initiated with hot object or open flame.
Shock Tube
The signal shock tube consists of a narrow plastic tube coated inside surface with a very thin layer of high explosives. Shock tube can be initiated by detonators, detonating cord & mechanical shot shell starter device. In resulting shock ways travels at high speed (2000 m/s) through the tube towards detonator connected at the other end.
Two Way Delay Relays
Two-Way Delay Relays offer precise timing control between blast hole rows, using detonating cord as the primary initiation system. These versatile devices enable the creation of various delay patterns to suit specific blasting requirements.
Comprising a 50cm shock tube, two delay detonators, and color-coded plastic blocks, the relay ensures reliable and efficient operation. The detonators are securely housed within the plastic blocks, which feature a user-friendly design for quick and easy detonating cord connection.
